In House Support

If you do not find what you are looking for in the links above, you can submit a request through the Knowledgebase or email: support@pranastudiosoftware.com. Your query will be directed to the most appropriate person. We offer In House support three days a week between 10am and 2pm PST, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

For more complicated issues: One-on-one technical support sessions may be purchased at a rate of $130/hr CAD billed in 30 minute increments. To schedule a support session, please email support@pranastudiosoftware.com and include in the email a description of the issue and times you are available for a support session.

Q. Is PranaStudio compatible with Windows 7?

A. Yes.

Q. I already have student data from another system and I don’t want to lose it if I start using PranaStudio – how can you help me?

A. Open Box offers data conversion services to help you move your existing data to PranaStudio. The cost varies depending on the structure of your current data. Email us at support@pranastudiosoftware.com and let’s get started!

Q. Do you have a trial version of PranaStudio?

A. Yes, you can download a trial version. You can begin to use PranaStudio, and purchase the full version when you are ready, without losing the data you have entered in the trial version. The trial version will work for 14 days, and give you a chance to discover how easy it is to let PranaStudio help you run your business.

Q. I have a relatively old computer – will I have any trouble getting PranaStudio to run?

A. The oldest computer PranaStudio has been tested on is a Pentium. PranaStudio does requires a Windows operating system. At this time it will not run on Macintosh or Linux.

Q. What kind of documentation does PranaStudio have?

A. PranaStudio includes detailed documentation, including screenshots, how-to’s, and non-technical explanations to help you get started.

Q. Will PranaStudio integrate with my accounting software?

A. Not at this time. Accounting integration will be available via a separate module in the future. At the moment, you can see reports related to how many memberships and/or passcards you have sold by dateranges (including cost summaries) to help you with business and strategic planning.
